Description

Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Optimize models for scalability, performance, and accuracy.
• Research and apply the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for model deployment.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, and Docker.
• Experience with Pandas and Numpy.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
