Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Cloud, and MLOps.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable AI/ML solutions.
Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
Develop AI applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Work extensively with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
Design and implement production-ready ML pipelines and workflows.
Deploy and manage ML solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement MLOps practices including MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Work with large datasets using SQL, Spark, and PySpark.
Implement model monitoring, validation, optimization, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, and business stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior AI/ML engineers.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliable AI/ML deployments.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in AI/ML / Machine Learning Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning
Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
Hands-on experience with Generative AI & LLMs
Experience with RAG, NLP, and Prompt Engineering
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong understanding of MLOps and ML model deployment
Experience with MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Strong SQL and data processing experience
Experience with Spark/PySpark
