Description

You will lead the development and deployment of conversational AI and synthetic agents within Google Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop conversational AI and synthetic agents using GenAI orchestration tools.
  • Design real-time, event-driven architectures using cloud-native technologies.
  • Implement MLOps practices to ensure scalable AI deployment and monitoring.
  • Apply Responsible AI (RAI) and regulatory governance standards within highly regulated frameworks.
  • Optimize AI model deployment by balancing deterministic and probabilistic approaches for cost efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, LangChain, ReACT, and LLMs.
  • Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proficiency with Kafka and Pub/Sub for event-driven systems.
  • Experience with Big Table and cloud-native architectures.
  • Deep understanding of MLOps for scalable deployment.
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI (RAI) and regulatory governance.
  • Experience working in Fintech or other highly regulated industries.
  • Degree in any graduate field.
