Description

You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers to architect and deploy complex systems integrating GenAI, machine learning models, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design large-scale systems including GenAI applications, API architectures, and cloud-native applications.
• Manage a diverse team of engineers to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Make critical architectural decisions to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Execute hands-on coding, technical design, and complex problem-solving.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical implementations with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience building and deploying ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or spaCy.
• Expertise in API development using RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Deep knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and conversational bots.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Data Engineering, or DevOps.
• Competency with LangChain, LangGraph, and Vertex AI.
• Proficiency with Playbooks, ADK, and GenAI implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Contact Center industry.
