Description

You will architect and deploy complex GenAI and machine learning systems while leading a cross-functional engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale systems including GenAI applications, API architectures, and cloud-native solutions.
• Lead a diverse engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• Execute hands-on coding, technical design, and complex problem-solving for critical system components.
• Make architectural decisions to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical implementations with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience building and deploying ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or spaCy.
• Deep knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and conversational bots.
• Expertise in API development using RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Data Engineering, or DevOps.
• Competency with LangChain, LangGraph, and Vertex AI.
• Proficiency with Playbooks, ADK, and GenAI implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Contact Center industry.
