Description

You will lead the development of AI-driven applications and web services using Python and Java.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications using Python, Java, and Java Spring.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs for internal and external system integration.
• Migrate legacy applications to microservices-based architectures using containers.
• Develop AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and Vector Databases.
• Implement AI agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, GraphRAG, and fine-tuning techniques.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive Full Stack development experience with a primary focus on Python.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack development and Java Spring.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and Vector Databases.
• Expertise in FastAPI and Pydantic for API development and data validation.
• Strong knowledge of Neo4J and Graph Databases.
• Experience building AI agents, chatbots, and implementing RAG/GraphRAG.
• Knowledge of OpenAI, Google AI, and open-source AI models.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and performance optimization.
• Experience documenting architectural decisions and development processes within an Agile environment.
