You will own the daily operational health of ETL pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery across integrated datasets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly ETL pipeline refreshes and perform comprehensive data validations.
• Supervise root cause analysis for data issues using established SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Monitor pipeline health to ensure strict adherence to SLAs and timely issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational updates, escalations, and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data integration defects and maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data integration or ETL operations within SLA-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Informatica IICS for data integration and ETL operational support.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for managing and validating data pipelines.
• Strong command of Oracle DB and SQL for data investigation, querying, and validation.
• Proven ability to monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Experience with data validation workflows and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Linux for log review and operational troubleshooting.
• Ability to use Python for data investigations and automation support.
• Strong debugging skills for resolving complex data integration defects.
