Description

You will lead enterprise-scale design projects from discovery through prototyping and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and prototyping phases using Design Thinking and Google Design Sprint methodologies.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate within an Agile Scrum environment to define and deliver design requirements.
• Present design solutions and findings to stakeholders through clear communication.
• Apply HTML and CSS development skills to support design implementation and handoff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for design implementation support.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale design projects.
• Practical application of Design Thinking and Google Design Sprints.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least one formal UX qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of or interest in the banking and finance sectors.
• Active participation in external UX groups or professional communities.
