Description

This role requires hands-on technical analysis and team leadership focused on Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power Apps solutions to automate workflows.
• Design and implement Power Automate processes, integrating automation with business operations.
• Provide technical support and resolve support tickets for Power Apps and Automate.
• Analyze system performance and optimize applications for scalability and security.
• Guide and mentor analysts while ensuring Power Platform development best practices are followed.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in business/application analysis, automation solutions, or Power Platform development.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, including enterprise deployment.
• Extensive experience supporting low-code/no-code applications in complex environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas App, Power BI, and Azure.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management and cloud technologies.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support analysts while remaining hands-on.
• Expertise in translating technical capabilities into actionable business strategies.
