Description

Lead technical analysis and team leadership for Power Platform solutions, owning the development, optimization, and support of enterprise automation workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power Apps solutions to automate complex business workflows.
• Design and implement Power Automate processes, integrating automation directly with business operations.
• Provide technical support and resolve support tickets for Power Apps and Automate environments.
• Analyze system performance and optimize applications for scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Mentor analysts and enforce Power Platform development best practices across the team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business/application analysis, automation solutions, or Power Platform development.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, including enterprise deployment.
• Extensive experience supporting low-code/no-code applications in complex environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) and cloud technologies.
• Ability to lead and mentor analysts while remaining hands-on with technical delivery.
• Expertise in translating technical capabilities into actionable business strategies.
