You will lead complex data analysis and deliver actionable insights to drive business decisions in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify business trends.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reporting systems.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication across teams.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics roles.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong expertise in BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Solid foundation in statistical analysis and mathematical modeling.
• Deep understanding of the sales operations domain.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and project coordination.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting languages for report automation.
• Knowledge of database management systems.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
