Description

Lead analytics projects and mentor junior staff to deliver data-driven insights through advanced modeling and visualization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex analytical models to support business initiatives.
• Design and implement Power BI reports, dashboards, and supporting data architecture.
• Transform large, complex datasets into clear reporting visuals for stakeholders.
• Lead projects and mentor lower-level staff within an Agile Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or modeling.
• 4+ years of SQL experience, including writing SQL scripts.
• 4+ years of data analysis using Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Power BI development using DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with logical and object-oriented programming in Python or VBA.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL Server SSIS, SSRS, or SSAS.
• Experience with GitHub.
