Lead data analysis and strategic consulting to drive business growth and risk mitigation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise business functions on strategies using performance metrics, population trends, and complex data analysis.
• Lead projects and teams while mentoring staff, interns, and external contractors.
• Identify new tools and methods for data analysis to improve operational standards.
• Manage project logs, monthly budget forecasts, and operational reviews.
• Collaborate with partners to identify data sources and design analytical tools, infrastructure, and data environment enhancements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or modeling using SAS and SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in SAS programming.
• 5+ years of overall analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SAS and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Database Management.
• Experience in Project Management, Requirements Elicitation, Documentation, Development, and Testing.
• Ability to work a mid-shift schedule (5PM - 2AM).

Preferred Skills

• Banking industry experience.
• Degree in Applied Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Econometrics, or Computer Science.
