You will lead analytical initiatives to drive business strategy and minimize operating losses through complex data research.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on business strategies using performance metrics, population trends, and predictive scenario modeling.
• Lead the identification and development of new research concepts and designs.
• Manage project logs, monthly budget forecasts, and operations reviews while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Mentor and manage junior staff, interns, and external contractors.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and lead cross-functional projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of analytics experience or equivalent professional background.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Expertise in Microsoft Suite of Business Intelligence.
• Proven ability to drive repeated and automated reporting solutions.
• Experience leading strategy and initiatives across broad operations functions.
• Ability to consult with senior leadership and drive actionable outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
