Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Build and optimize PySpark-based data transformations and maintain Databricks workflows for efficient processing.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of ETL outputs.
• Optimize and maintain existing ETL workflows for improved efficiency, performance, and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support production-ready data integration solutions.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 8 years of relevant data engineering/ETL experience
• ETL development and data integration pipeline design
• Python and PySpark for building scalable data transformations
• Databricks for production ETL and transformation workflows
• Data engineering fundamentals including SQL-based query optimization and performance tuning

Good to Have:

• MDM experience (including Informatica MDM / Informatica)
• Azure and cloud exposure
• Teradata and relational database development experience
• Amazon Connect (AWS Contact Center) exposure

Education: B.E., M. Tech, or B.Com. (Mechanical, Computer Science, or Information Security)
