Description

You will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of a core fintech Android application serving over 1 million users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end app performance, user experience, and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on syntax, logic, and debugging.
• Develop custom libraries and reusable components to support core functionality.
• Mentor and manage a team of experienced developers, driving recruitment and performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Android fundamentals.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale Android applications.
• Expertise with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, FCM) and Push Notifications.
• Hands-on experience with Google Maps integration and session management.
• Implementation of real-time socket integration such as WebSockets or Socket.IO.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kotlin and Flutter.
• Exposure to backend integration, RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
