Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Android Led to design, develop, and lead the implementation of high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and ensure best practices in architecture, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of Android applications.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior Android developers.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in Android development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components.
• Strong understanding of MVVM/MVP architecture patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Experience with performance optimization and memory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
