You will lead the design, development, and technical direction of high-quality Android applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, maintainable mobile solutions using Kotlin and Java.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure security best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team on architecture and performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend stakeholders to deliver features.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application responsiveness and memory usage.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Android development with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components.
• Deep understanding of MVVM/MVP architecture patterns.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Proven experience with performance optimization and memory management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Coroutines and modern concurrency patterns.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
