Description

Lead the design and hands-on development of Android applications, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Android app features using Kotlin and Jetpack components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Kotlin code adhering to best practices.
• Implement MVVM/MVI architecture patterns using Coroutines and Flows.
• Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, push notifications, and local storage via Room.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption across devices.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Kotlin and Android development.
• Deep understanding of MVVM/MVI architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flows.
• Proven ability to integrate REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Experience with local storage solutions, specifically Room.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across various Android devices.
• Commitment to code review and engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in senior or lead Android roles.
• Familiarity with advanced performance profiling tools.
