Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through performance reviews, constructive feedback, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with product management and design to define and deliver mobile product roadmaps.
• Own technical architecture and development planning for secure, performant mobile experiences.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while handling scope changes.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring quality, security, and performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 4+ years of experience as a technical leader delivering customer-driven mobile experiences.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, or Swift.
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Development and Android ecosystems.
• Experience with mobile architectures including MVVM and MVP.
• Practical experience with Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies.
• Competency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with global teams.
• Expertise in the software design and architecture process.
• Familiarity with mobile security best practices and testing frameworks.
