Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Android application while bridging the gap between mobile and web services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin, Java, and the Android SDK.
• Define database architecture, including data modeling, schema design, and query optimization using SQLite or Firebase.
• Collaborate with web teams to manage API integration and data exchange between mobile and web services.
• Optimize application code to resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure efficient execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers while maintaining technical documentation and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Android development.
• Strong command of Kotlin and Java.
• Deep expertise with the Android SDK.
• Proven experience designing and implementing mobile database solutions like SQLite or Firebase.
• Working knowledge of web development principles, REST, and APIs.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
