Description

You will lead Android development for a remote project, driving tech stack improvements and unifying the mobile codebase.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Evolve mobile architecture to unify the codebase and advance development standards.
• Implement server-driven UI architectures on Android using proto buffers and JSON-driven layouts.
• Optimize cross-functional collaboration within the global technical team.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on Android development experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical lead.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Expertise in MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Experience designing server-driven UI with proto buffers and JSON.
• Experience with TDD/BDD using JUnit and Espresso.
• Experience integrating testing frameworks with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of modern Android frameworks and tools.
