Description

Lead client engagements to design and implement Appian low-code solutions and organizational models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead client initiatives to define digital platform solutions through requirements gathering and process assessment.
• Design and implement Appian architecture and enterprise workflow applications.
• Manage the full Agile project lifecycle, including sprint planning, delivery, and continuous deployment.
• Oversee API integration design and the use of Appian connectors and plug-ins.
• Communicate technical processes and solutions to diverse stakeholder audiences.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Appian enterprise workflow application development and integration.
• Deep hands-on Appian development experience at Level 2 or above.
• Proven experience in architectural solution design, development, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, data concepts, and enterprise database principles.
• Experience with API integration design and Appian connectors.
• Proficiency in Agile disciplines, including sprint planning, QA, and software deployment.
• Working knowledge of at least one major database system.
• Experience with Appian plug-ins and rules engines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Financial Services sectors such as Banking, Wealth, Insurance, Risk, or Compliance.
