You will lead large-scale application development and big data processing initiatives while managing a team of 45+ engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a development team of at least 45 individuals.
• Direct application development workflows using Java and Big Data technologies.
• Oversee data processing pipelines using Apache Spark streaming and batch frameworks.
• Manage technical delivery across project locations as required.
• Ensure technical excellence and timely delivery of enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Application Development roles.
• 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Java and J2EE.
• 3+ years of experience with Apache Spark streaming and batch frameworks.
• Expertise in Java, Spark, Big Data, and Hadoop.
• Proven experience leading and managing large development teams.
• Professional certification in relevant technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java Springboot.
