You will lead the development of integrated systems and mentor the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end application solutions.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to uphold standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans for system performance.
• Drive agile practices throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Expert proficiency in .NET, C#, and ASP.
• Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server and Desktop OS.
• Hands-on experience with TFS or DevOps using Git for source control.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and related development tools.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of web best practices including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
