Description

Lead an engineering team to deliver mission-critical applications and APIs in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scrums and Agile ceremonies to prioritize work and resolve blockers.
• Mentor team members through check-ins, knowledge sharing, and technical code reviews.
• Present technical progress and milestone achievements to senior leadership during sprint demos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review quarterly initiatives and handle ad hoc requests.
• Ensure high standards of application security and product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years developing high-performance APIs and web applications.
• 3+ years building APIs using AWS services, specifically Java, Python, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-native DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Bitbucket and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of Application Security practices.

Preferred Skills

• Web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Experience building Terraform modules.
