Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and manage application development efforts.
• Supervise technical staff, including managing motivation and setting policies.
• Manage project budgets and delivery schedules.
• Communicate technical requirements and status updates to senior management.
• Maintain high-quality code standards using software design patterns and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams using Agile methodology.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server 2008+.
• Proficiency in C#.Net and ASP.NET.
• Proficiency in Angular and Knockout.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) principles and design patterns.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure production environments.
• Fluent English communication skills for in-person, phone, and email interaction.
