Description

You will lead the configuration, development, and administration of Atlassian products to support business capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical designs, application code, and configuration parameters.
• Lead a team of associates and contractors, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle to implement, test, and remediate application code.
• Develop design specifications including GUIs, screen layouts, and printed outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps and improve development practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in System Analysis and Design of Information systems.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira Align Administration (formerly AgileCraft).
• Proficiency in Jira Align reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience integrating Jira projects with Jira Align.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work with autonomy in financial services or marketing domains.
• Proficiency in at least three applications and two to three programming languages.

Preferred Skills

• Provide technical on-call support as required by the role.
