Description

Lead the analysis, design, and development of technical changes to align financial systems with the Foundation Data Model (FDM). You will translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions that align with business processes and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Modify computer programs, databases, user interfaces, integrations, and reporting to ensure FDM compliance.
• Execute data migration and conversion tasks, including updating SSIS packages for smooth transitions.
• Participate in end-to-end test cycles, bug fixes, and stabilization support during system go-live.
• Lead system remediation and development projects involving complex financial systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience using .NET framework, C#, and SQL.
• 4+ years of development experience with ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, WCF, WinForms, and T-SQL.
• 3+ years in a senior or technical lead role.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, including SSRS for financial report design and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS or equivalent ETL processes for data migration and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of WPF for modifying user interfaces.
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies and iterative development cycles.
• Ability to apply accounting principles within complex financial system environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) or similar ERP system integrations.
