Description

Lead the design, development, and end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust APIs and backend services using Python and Django.
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline development and automation using GitLab.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm in AWS environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor developers and ensure code quality through reviews and technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and API development.
• Strong experience with Django, including ORM, middleware, and class-based views.
• Hands-on experience managing containerized applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience developing and maintaining Python APIs running in Kubernetes on AWS using RDS.
• Proven experience with GitLab for CI/CD pipeline configuration and management.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with CI tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS RDS for database management.
• Background in mentoring junior developers.
