Description

Lead technical execution of process automation projects by designing and implementing application software for DCS systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft design specifications, functional designs, and technical designs based on customer requirements.
• Design and program application software for DCS systems in collaboration with other engineers.
• Act as the technical hub for projects, liaising between customers and developers.
• Supervise acceptance tests and functional testing to ensure system integrity.
• Lead teams of application engineers on large-scale international projects as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in automation or related engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with PLC and DCS systems.
• Knowledge of modern server systems and virtualization technologies.
• Electrical engineering knowledge to accurately estimate and resolve technical problems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Master's degree in a technical field.

• Experience using SAP.
