Description

Lead L2/L3 support for Java/Spring Boot microservices in cloud-native environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident triage, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and resolution for complex distributed systems.
• Oversee monitoring tools to ensure proactive alerting and system health visibility.
• Drive automation and streamline support workflows using Python and Bash scripting.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and ITIL-aligned processes while mentoring support engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or engineering.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
• Experience with monitoring stacks including AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior support engineers.
