Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead application support activities including incident management, problem management, and root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards for service health, performance, and operational visibility.
• Use Splunk and AppDynamics to investigate logs, traces, and application performance to drive timely resolution.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application behavior using Java, JavaScript, and SQL; validate fixes with appropriate testing.
• Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to implement operational improvements, including containerized deployments when applicable.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in application support/production operations, including insurance domain experience.
• Grafana dashboard development and monitoring/observability practices.
• Java and JavaScript for troubleshooting application behavior and supporting fixes.
• SQL for querying operational data and supporting root-cause analysis.
• Splunk and AppDynamics for log analysis and application performance investigation.

Good to Have:

• Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, and React for broader support coverage and integration troubleshooting.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
