Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of core applications while mentoring the team and enforcing development standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coding, testing, and debugging of complex applications.
• Create and maintain applications, ensuring all business rules and requirements are fully documented.
• Enforce compliance with software development standards across the entire lifecycle.
• Provide production support and implement necessary changes to source system code.
• Mentor the development team and actively participate in Scrum processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience building applications using .Net and React.
• 8+ years of experience working within Agile Projects.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience managing workloads in Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a closely related field.
