Description

You will lead the end-to-end machine learning model development lifecycle and drive AI adoption across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full model development lifecycle, ensuring reproducible research and managed software delivery.
• Translate complex business problems into projects with clearly defined scopes and tractable components.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for production use.
• Formulate R&D plans and coordinate work of cross-functional teams.
• Communicate technical ideas and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with a Master's degree, or 10+ years with a Bachelor's, or a PhD in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of practical experience building AI/ML products and applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong software engineering or data engineering skills for prototyping.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and acting as a technical leader.
• Ability to manage R&D plans and coordinate work across cross-functional teams.
• Experience breaking down ambiguous problem statements into iterative improvements.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of practical experience using AI and ML to solve ambiguous problems in academia or industry.
• Demonstrated ability to translate cutting-edge research into working prototypes.
• Experience delivering minimum viable products within a large enterprise environment.
