Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture strategy for complex, scalable, and secure enterprise systems.
• Lead the design, development, and evolution of .NET / C#-based microservices architectures.
• Establish technical vision, design governance frameworks, and ensure architectural consistency across multiple teams.
• Design high-availability, scalable, and cloud-ready systems aligned with business goals.
• Build AI/ML prototypes and proof-of-concepts to support business and engineering use cases.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption aligned with long-term product strategy.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and technical risk assessments.
• Mentor senior developers and technical leads to strengthen engineering practices.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in security, scalability, maintainability, and DevOps integration.

Experience Required:

• 16-20 years of overall IT experience with strong enterprise architecture exposure.
• Extensive hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong experience in system design, scalability, and high-performance applications.
• Experience with Azure cloud services is preferred.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and prototype development is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
