Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture strategy for complex, scalable, and secure enterprise systems.
• Lead the design, development, and evolution of .NET/C#-based microservices architectures.
• Establish technical vision, design governance frameworks, and ensure architectural consistency across multiple teams.
• Design high-availability, scalable, and cloud-ready systems aligned with business goals.
• Mentor senior developers and technical leads to strengthen engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of overall IT experience with strong enterprise architecture exposure.
• Extensive hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong experience in system design, scalability, and high-performance applications.
• Experience with Cloud Architecture principles.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and prototype development.
• Experience in leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
