You will lead architectural design processes and manage a team of junior architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor junior architects, designers, and interns through regular work reviews and professional development support.
• Manage project lifecycles to ensure all architectural deliverables meet milestones, schedules, and design goals.
• Act as the primary client contact to manage expectations and ensure designs align with their vision.
• Ensure all designs comply with U.S. building codes, zoning laws, ADA accessibility standards, and fire safety regulations.
• Drive business development by writing proposals, estimating project timelines, and pitching to potential clients.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong project coordination and management abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills for complex design and construction challenges.
• Experience ensuring compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements and building codes.
• Ability to manage design documentation, reports, and client contracts.

Preferred Skills

• LEED AP or LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) certifications.
• Certifications in sustainable building design.
