Description
You will lead architectural design processes and manage a team of junior architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor junior architects, designers, and interns through regular work reviews and professional development support.
- Manage project lifecycles to ensure all architectural deliverables meet milestones, schedules, and design goals.
- Act as the primary client contact to manage expectations and ensure designs align with their vision.
- Ensure all designs comply with U.S. building codes, zoning laws, ADA accessibility standards, and fire safety regulations.
- Drive business development by writing proposals, estimating project timelines, and pitching to potential clients.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong project coordination and management abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills for complex design and construction challenges.
- Experience ensuring compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements and building codes.
- Ability to manage design documentation, reports, and client contracts.
Preferred Skills
- LEED AP or LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) certifications.
- Certifications in sustainable building design.
