Description

You will provide technical leadership and design foundational architectures to ensure a secure, scalable global network infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic roadmaps, standards, and foundational architectures aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement complex network architectures including LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud service integrations.
• Manage cloud networks across AWS, Azure, and GCP to meet high availability standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for advanced network operations troubleshooting and integration.
• Lead concept design for reusable hardware architectures and define technology roadmaps with product stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network architecture, including 5+ years in senior roles.
• Experience in automotive technology manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in designing global LAN, WAN, data centers, and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud networking.
• Deep knowledge of network security, SDN, and routing/switching protocols.
• Proficiency with network automation, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Strong background in firewall configuration, load balancing, and VPNs.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and network procurement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as NERC/CIP or SOX.
