Must-Have Skills:
Python (with Django)
JQuery & Pandas
AWS (Cloud Expertise)
Enterprise Application Development
Strong OOP Principles & Design Patterns

Nice-to-Haves:
PostgreSQL, REST APIs, ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
HTML/CSS, Bootstrap 4
Experience in Java (bonus!)
Microservices Architecture

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of enterprise-grade apps using Python/Django
Architect clean, maintainable, and secure code
Guide development teams and ensure adherence to coding best practices
Work on database-driven development using PostgreSQL
Design and consume RESTful APIs
Ensure high performance, scalability, and cloud-readiness (AWS)
