Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across organizational boundaries.
- Strong experience in building project schedules, charters, and managing timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Experience interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in business management, administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of change management, business transformation, and business strategy.
- B.E./B.Tech plus an MBA from a reputed institution.
