Responsibilities

• Strategize and coordinate project initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee multiple projects from ideation to execution, ensuring all goals and quality standards are met.
• Support long-term digital transformation projects and maintain performance standards.
• Build project schedules and charters while managing stakeholder expectations through regular meetings and presentations.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers to promote company culture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across organizational boundaries.
• Strong experience in building project schedules, charters, and managing timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in business management, administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of change management, business transformation, and business strategy.
• B.E./B.Tech plus an MBA from a reputed institution.
