You will drive strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives within a cross-functional environment. You own the full lifecycle of complex projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules and charters while managing timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular meetings, presentations, and status updates.
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers and teams to support digital transformation.
• Resolve complex issues using critical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across organizational boundaries.
• Strong experience in building project schedules, charters, and managing timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
• Experience interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in business management, administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of change management, business transformation, and business strategy.
• B.E./B.Tech plus an MBA from a reputed institution.
