You will own the full lifecycle of complex projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across organizational boundaries.
• Strong experience in building project schedules, charters, and managing timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
• Experience interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in business management, administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of change management, business transformation, and business strategy.
• B.E./B.Tech plus an MBA from a reputed institution.
