Lead end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, structuring approaches to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis delivery, ensuring conclusions integrate with initial hypotheses and business goals.
• Design analytical and modelling approaches in collaboration with managers and modelers.
• Manage large data volumes and proactively resolve data quality issues with IT teams.
• Translate technical findings into concise terms for stakeholder presentations.
• Address complex problems independently through rigorous, data-driven research.

Required Skills

• 3 to 8 years of experience in consulting or analytics delivery.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong foundation in Statistics and Model Development.
• Experience working with Big Data environments.
• Hands-on experience handling and analyzing large datasets.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PySpark, Git, and Hadoop Hive/Impala.
• Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, or Risk Analytics.
