Description

You will lead the strategic direction for automation and performance engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership on the future state of automation and performance engineering.
• Design and implement testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale system software.
• Develop and execute process improvements for the QA team using standard templates and best practices.
• Define reports that communicate QA/QE progress, issues, and action plans.
• Document QA/QE best practices and deliver high-quality, training-ready documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in one or more automation frameworks: Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, TestComplete, or SpecFlow.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with TDD/BDD methodologies and Gherkin syntax.
• Deep understanding of QA/QE lifecycle, including test phases, types, data, and environments.
• Experience with GitOps practices and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise-level test strategies and test plan documents.
• Experience with test management tools.
