Description

You will lead automation and performance engineering strategies, designing infrastructure and testing frameworks for large-scale systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise-level test strategies and automation plans.
• Design and implement robust automation infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop process improvements and document QA/QE best practices for the team.
• Create reports to communicate progress, issues, and action plans.
• Provide thought leadership on the future state of performance and automation engineering.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in at least one automation framework: Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, TestComplete, or SpecFlow.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with TDD/BDD methodologies and Gherkin syntax.
• Deep understanding of the QA/QE lifecycle, including test phases, data, and environments.
• Experience with GitOps practices and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to develop test plan documents and use test management tools.
