Description

Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks to streamline the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall automation strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects early in the cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering with a focus on test automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and TestNG.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
