Description

Lead the QA team while remaining hands-on with technical testing execution, managing the full testing and defect life cycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team and manage hands-on testing activities.
• Manage the full testing and defect life cycle.
• Execute various testing phases including SIT, Regression, UAT, and PPV.
• Own testing documentation such as Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Reports.
• Perform functional integration testing using both manual and automation methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading QA teams.
• Hands-on experience with testing and defect life cycles.
• Experience managing SIT, Regression, UAT, and PPV phases.
• Proficiency in writing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Reports.
• Expertise in Functional Integration Testing.
• Experience with Agile Testing Methodologies.
• Proficiency using JIRA for testing processes.

• Any Graduate degree.
