Description

Lead test automation strategy and technical execution for the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the test automation strategy.
• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
• Create automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and conduct performance testing using JMeter.
• Mentor and lead a team of test automation engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming.
• In-depth knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, and Maven.
• Experience with API testing using RestAssured or Postman.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Experience with mobile app testing automation using Appium.
