Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks, incorporating AI capabilities where applicable. You will own the release pipeline, ensuring high availability and business continuity through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex automation solutions across infrastructure, testing, and operational workflows.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on automation best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving approaches.
• Monitor automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and execute automation opportunities.
• Ensure high availability of automation solutions to support business continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, test automation, or DevOps.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or RE Framework.
• Experience with RPA technologies including UiPath, BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex automation solutions at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
